1. Delivery options
Choose how you'd like to receive your order at checkout:
- Standard: 2–4 working days, €4.95, free from €150
- Next day: order before 21:00 on a working day, €6.90
- Click & Collect: free, ready in a store in 2–3 days
2. Tracking your order
We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
3. Missed deliveries
The courier leaves a note and tries again the next working day, or takes your parcel to a pick-up point.
4. Returning an item
Return most items within 30 days of delivery, free to drop-off points and stores. See How do I return an item?.
5. Exchanges
Exchange an item in any store, or return it and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return and go back to your original payment method.
7. Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened beauty products unless they're faulty, nor gift cards.
