Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Things gift cards.

Can I get an invoice?

Every order has a VAT invoice in My Account › Orders. Guests find it in the dispatch email.

Check the expiry date and the minimum spend. Most codes can't be combined with other offers or used on sale items.

If you return an item bought with a promo code, the refund reflects the discounted price.

Any refund for a gift card payment is issued as a new e-gift card, valid for 24 months.
