1. Who you are buying from
You buy from Things Retail Ltd., 1 Example Street, London EC1A 1AA, UK.
2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT and are shown in euros. We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Things gift cards
4. Promotions and gift cards
Promo codes have their own conditions, shown with the offer. Gift cards are valid for 24 months and can't be exchanged for cash.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give us within the times shown at checkout.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Hygiene-sealed products can't be returned once opened.
7. Faulty items
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
8. Complaints
Tell us first through our contact form. If we can't resolve it, you can use an alternative dispute resolution service.
