Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return and go back to your original payment method.
How long it takes
Once your return reaches our warehouse we check it within 3 working days. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.
- Cards and PayPal: 3–5 working days after we process the refund.
- Gift cards: a new e-gift card straight away, by email.
- Things Rewards points: back on your account within 24 hours.
If it's taking longer
Check the return status in My Account › Orders. If it says refunded and you still can't see the money after 5 working days, contact us with your order number.
